I am selling a turntable legend. The Technics SL-7 Quartz controlled direct drive.
The turntable speed on the Technics is chosen automatically by an opto-electronic detection system. When the upper cabinet is closed, a disc stabiliser contacts the upper record label area to keep the record firmly in place. The Technics can play both 33.3 and 45rpm records. We have fully serviced the turntable and fitted a new diamond stylus. The lid has some deep pock marks where it looks like a solvent was dripped on the table. They don’t show up well in the photos. In person they look worse.

This turntable will need to be used with an amplifier that has a turntable (phono) input. If your amplifier does not have a built in preamplifier then you will need to use the turntable with a phono preamplifier. The preamplifier sits in the signal chain between the turntable and the amplifiers line level (AUX) input.
