I am selling a Sharp belt drive turntable. The turntable has been fully serviced and fitted with a new belt and a new stylus. The Sharp RP-10 is a belt drive that can play 33.3 and 45rpm records. The tonearm is semi-automatic so it will lift and return at the end of a record. The tonearm also has a lifter for safer cuing of records. Cosmetically and functionally this turntable has problems. On the cosmetic front there is a chip in the dustcover. On the functionality front the ‘cut’ button only works at full moon (and if you speak to it nicely).  The finger lift is also missing a piece! This turntable is just to get you going.

This turntable will need to be used with an amplifier that has a turntable (phono) input. If your amplifier does not have a built in preamplifier then you will need to use the turntable with a phono preamplifier. The preamplifier sits in the signal chain between the turntable and the amplifiers line level (AUX) input.
