Description

I am selling a Technics SL-D212 direct drive turntable. The Technics SL-D212 is a vintage semi-automatic, direct-drive turntable released around 1981 by Panasonic/Technics (Matsushita). The direct-drive motor provides quick start-up times and a consistent speed without belt replacements. in operation the semi-automatic mechanism will automatically lift and return the S-shaped tonearm to its rest at the end of a record. The Technics can play 33.3 and 45rpm speeds and has pitch control and a strobe. We have fitted a new diamond stylus.

This turntable will need to be used with an amplifier that has a turntable specific input. Usually marked phono at the back of the amplifier. Or it can be used with powered speakers that have a phono input or with a phono preamplifier into an AUX or line level input.

Please see my other ads for new and used turntables I am selling.
