I am selling a ProJect belt drive turntable. The Essential II (Digital) is a manual turntable with a built in phono preamplifier and an optical digital output. You can use the turntable either into AUX (line level) or into an optical input on your home theatre receiver or sound bar. The Speed change is manual: to play singles, you shift the drive belt to the larger step on the motor pulley. The design is about as basic as turntables get, but the main bearing is nicely put together, as is the tonearm with anti-skate. Overall this turntable is in excellent condition. There are a few minor scuffs on the plinth and on the cover. Fully serviced, tested and ready to go.
