I am selling and Akai Direct Drive turntable from early 1980’s. The Akai is a direct drive with a dc servo motor system that has pitch control and a strobe. The Akai can play both 33.3 and 45rpm records and the arm mechanism has auto return at the end of a record. The tonearm is a static balance type arm with anti-skate adjuster. We have fully serviced the unit and fitted a new stylus and a new lid.
